Skipton first became accredited with the standard back in March 2006 and have recently been reaccredited with the standard. Mark and Nigel will share with us how through achieving the Customer First standard Skipton Building Society have ‘strengthened their customer focused culture and have successfully differentiated their brand in the market place.’
