Our Assessors are all dedicated Customer First Assessors;

• We carried out the first ever assessment against the Customer First Framework and our assessors have a wealth of experience and expertise.
• Our Assessors have been Entrepreneurs and business owners and have had a broad experience of working with the public, private and voluntary/community sectors in organisations of all sizes from SMEs to large multi-national companies including HSBC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cadbury Schweppes and GE Capital.
• The team have held senior purchasing, management and project management roles in a variety of disciplines and industries including; Engineering and Manufacture; Warehousing and Distribution; Construction: Business Support sector ; Sales and Marketing; Customer Service and Organisational Development.
• Some of our Assessors have worked at board level for different autonomous and international businesses and have been responsible for the development and implementation of quality and human resource strategies (including the assessment of individual development needs and training design / delivery).
• One of the team was also a winner of a UK National Training Award for her exceptional journey in self-development and professional training.
