The Assessment Model

We continually review our experience of assessing organisations to ensure that your assessment is a value adding experience. Our model ensures you are measured against all 32 statements of the standard and that there is sufficient robust and quality evidence in place to address the requirements of these statements before we award you the standard. The assessment is demanding yet supportive and the assessors use their knowledge and experience to ensure that feedback is constructive, challenging and developmental.
